Charles Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Tournament will take place on Saturday, April 15, 2023, at Lathrop High School located at 647 Spartan Way, Lathrop, CA 95330 (10 minutes from Tracy).
Charles and Riury Gracie, in conjunction with our instructors and our sponsors, would like to enthusiastically invite you, your students, friends and family to join us and compete in this once-a-year tournament and gain this vital experience.
The Charles Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Tournament has been a big success and gets bigger and better every year. This year is going to be no different. We strive to make the tournament better and take it to a higher level. We guarantee that the spectators and the athletes will be very happy with the new twists!
All Athletes, in first, second and third place, will be awarded gold, silver and bronze medals respectively. In addition to awards, one complementary tournament T-Shirt for the first 250 participants to register.
We would love to see all athletes, spectators, family, martial artists, etc. gather in this friendly atmosphere that will help promote the great art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Please join us for another unforgettable day!

Registration Date:
- Start: Monday, January 16, 2023 at 12:00am PST.
- End: Saturday, March 31, 2023 by 11:59pm PST.
* Registrations may close at any time prior to the final deadline (Friday, March 31, 2023) if we reach full capacity.
Division Change Deadline:
We can only accept changes for weight classes via email by Friday, March 31, 2023 11:59pm PST.
It is the athlete’s responsibility to review their information and let us know if they would like us to make any changes.
Weight Division:
Any athlete that is over their registered weight will automatically be disqualified. Athletes must make weight to fight at the event.
Athlete or in the case of children, the parent is responsible for ensuring that the weight is met with GI already ON.

Weigh-ins starts:
Weigh-ins start one hour prior to the competitors division start time
in the weight list the “GI WEIGHT” is already added, so make sure all the athletes are in the correct division.
Weigh-ins ends:
Weigh-ins will END 15 minutes prior to the competitors division start time.
Any athlete that is over their registered weight will automatically be disqualified. Athletes MUST make weight to compete at the event
